It's a year to the day since I bought Ali's 172: In which time I've done 6000 miles in it, replaced the handbrake cables, fitted koni adjustables and sportlines, had it serviced, alignment setup and I'm about to have new discs and pads fitted all round and some goodridge hoses...

Pzeros are alright wet and dry but they seem to bulge very easily and I've heard of a few blow outs. They also screech pretty badly when breaking traction in the dry drawing attention.

There's a series I want to watch which was on Discovery HD and i've noticed the discovery channel have it on youtube. I know there's apps for capturing / downloading from youtube but wondered which if any were recommended? Had a look for torrents but no joy, even tried to buy it on dvd but...

Glad you're keeping it, it's a cracker. Roof is cool, is the roof panel bonded on? Will the original be re-usable or is that a stupid question? I'd be up for a gander / swatch / lend a hand when you're doing the roof. If it is bonded and you need a specific adhesive I have contacts through work.
