there's so many variations for 172/182 that you're as well biting the bullet and buying a renault part. I had one replaced at a transmission specialist and I'm pretty sure its not right.

depends on budget really, they're all good drivers cars compared to a lot of the sh1t on the roads, but there's a lot better out there also... seating position in 172 / 182 is dire but you get used to it.

The wires on the front of my passenger seat do this above the CD changer. If you move the seat back or forward it'll happen, minor inconvenience.
