if handling is ok but it visibly looks like it's bodyrolling more than it would normally it's shocks I'd say, mines the exact same with the added knock on full lock and wanders a little bit sometimes

Your English is excellent. Do you have to submit the car for some sort of test when modified? Our company manufacture motorcycle accessories and for German road use TUV forbid us recommending drilling into the frame or swingarm of the motorcycle.

PE2's great on road wet or dry but not cheap but do wear very well

Different strokes for different folks, on the roads we were on there was nothing in it but the Mini would easily out torque the 172 in a straight line I should think.
