thats not an issue at all and nothing to do with them, so long as serviced to manufacturers recommendations by VAT registered garages warranty would stand so should apply to this too.

Yes it happened to Big Iain (banned so don't PM him lol) on a ph2 172 which was out of warranty and RUK intervened and it was all sorted FOC, new seats, seat belts, airbag, pre tensioners etc.
If your cars lowered they'll blame that so return it to standard ride height before trying to claim!
My 205 was sitting for 3 months at a time for the last 6 months and the first time it needed a new battery and some coolant, the 2nd time it got an oil change for the hell of it and it started 1st time. Brakes need some bedding in, also check the condition and pressure of the tyres
They can't accelerate as quickly, and don't handle as well so I imagine it was mapped. Ally had one and I remember pulling away under acceleration from it, in gear they'd have you but I was aware of the torque deficit and getting into a low gear nice and early to make sure I got away lol.
lol legendary combination, my mate just bought a scenic and we keep taking the piss (he's only been married a few months and has no kids!) but alas he doesn't have a 640bhp drag racer.
