Sounds to me like you've got a short somewhere. Put the fuse in with the battery out then connect it and try to listen to the short. Will point you in the right direction
Don't face palm but if you'd asked me last week I would have been out in the garage in my slippers with a set of vernier calipers giving the pipe work a measure. Spare cooler sold though.

I have absolutely no idea! The twingo wheel in the more basic spec ones is definitely a clio wheel with a more fancy airbag design.
Tracking like that is not fun. I almost have up. Steering wheel is probably less than a degree off bang straight now though. Was at least 30 before. Much better...
AlexW I dream of a 197 wheel but they're all over my £100 wheel budget with an airbag. Have also been toying with the idea of a new scenic wheel but airbag again is difficult to come by

There's only one bolt for the rear seats.
Don't worry about the half and hour thing. No capacitor in a car will last that long if even a minute..
just fit a 3 pin plug on the wires
Have you jacked the car up and looked? they really are staring you in the face. Just look where the seat bolts to the car and then look in the same place underneath.
If you buy longer they can't get in the way of anything so don't worry if you buy longer ones. Take one of yours off, give it a measure and add the spacer size, sorted.
As MWright says. Can't remember length. I found it somewhere in a thread in the original group buy last year.
Think my bolts were around 100mm
Rear Disk/Hub Nut: 175Nm
Rear Calliper to hub: 100Nm
Rear Hub to beam: M10=57 n2 - M8=29 n2
You can get them at any fixings supplier. I bought my bolts from the local shop, cost me about a fiver with nuts.
Alex, don't have 0 deg 10 or 15mm rear stub spacers laying around I can purchase from you? Feeling the need to get my b**ch a bit fatter.
Ajcman have a search matey. I'm really not up to speed on the 197 but am aware of lower ball joints going. Standard things like checking if the belts have been done as they are expensive to fix.
If it's got recaros they are prone to wear on the bolster.

This is a completely pathetic update but one none the less.
Got a set of scenic handles which are the correct colour code. Have a set of 4 so 2 going cheapy if anyone fancies doing a similar thing. Fitted them in my lunch break.
Rear bumper in paint currently so will have that on sometime...
2 t10 torx screws for each stalk, then they slide out. You'll see what I mean when you have it apart. Should take no longer than 20 minutes to change a squib.
There's a zinc plated band which holds the squib to the steering column.
I actually laughed aloud.
As Tr1umph says, sport shims will fit. Take your time making sure the threads on the back of the stub axle bolts are really clear as they can be a right ball ache if they aren't.

What TheEvilGiraffe says is true ya'll know. Get a head unit you can program your speakers into and it will automatically sort the crossover to give the best range from the speakers.
I find listening to the stereo when the car isn't on it's rather good. Only the road noise makes it seem bad.
If you have a look at one of the below picture you will be able to see which plugs you are missing. You're completely missing the bottom right grey plug. It's probably easiest if you just get a new squib unless you can salvage the connector from a broken one and solder them on. Fairly easy and...
