Not really, members want to say why they didn't attend this year so improvements can be made for next year. You've discouraged me from saying why I didn't attend by deleting posts and I'm sure there are many more who won't give feedback as well now.

It's valid feedback regardless of how great you think it is.

So you don't care about the opinions of members that didn't attend? Great way of finding out how you can change CSS so more members attend next year. To encourage feedback I'd set up a SurveyMonkey that everyone can complete and maybe offer a prize draw as an incentive.
