You're right, the gti handles far better and the seating position is much better but the lack of toys has started to annoy me! lol anthracite wheels on a blue car look awful imo and tbh the lack of cup packs never made any difference to me, was still at the front of the pack on all driving meets.

you not banned? It's a bit of a restoration job tbh, have spent a fair bit on it - Fresh speedlines, all refurbed, pe2s all round, new discs n pads all round, timing belt and water pump. Been utterly reliable only let me down once in 14 months as a daily driver when the gear linkage rods...

Well in 2002 I bought a 1.6 205gti: In 2004 I bought a brand new 182: Then sold on the pug... Then in late 2007 I bought a 1.9 205gti: Then sold on the 182... Then in Feb 2008 I got my first mortgage :boring: But now I'm back, pick this up next weekend (cheers Ali!)...

Re: I Just Got a Emense Deal On A 182 can add 182 cup front hubs and then fit any aftermarket 182 suspension you like. Not the best price considering 04's were selling for that sort of money 6-9 months ago

Abbott Racing are very highly regarded for tuning parts e.g. suspension, bushes, engine tuning etc. convertibles are gash and that looks horrific.

they gave my sis an iphone as a free upgrade, free phone as it was a 'refurb' i.e. someone had sent it back not wanting it. It was as new unmarked, box immaculate etc etc.

1 of 33 - worth £4500 all day long, shame its outwith my budget as it is stunning.

I had a 'few' rear shocks replaced on my 182 it was great fun when they went, used to have a right laugh catching the back end

Get folk coming upto me now and again in the 205 telling me they used to have them etc and it's looking healthy lol One guy started offering me money for it, he was just a rude boy chav so I told him I wouldn't sell it to someone like him lol
