I saw a cool product for the first time today which you can connect a usb hard drive to or a flash drive and it connects to your tv via hdmi and will play back just about any file type.
It's a western digital media player and costs under £100...

confused.com has always given me a better quote than my renewal and I've always used it to get Elephant to match or better the best price.
Elephant, Admiral and Bell Direct are generally best for me, all the same company too.

Im thinking it's prob 3ft from base of bed, would bringing your gf's tv a foot closer make a big difference you reckon?
