It started as greater than £300 then was upped to greater than £700.. so he's right in budget !

£95 brand new. Worth getting a kit if you need some new pads anyway as it'll save a bit of cash...
There's places to stay in Deepest Essicks you know Matt ;)
Frayz, excellent to see the beast running at last !!!!
Defo need to give me a heads up when this makes it back in at work.. x3934 haha :)
My only suggestion would be to consider your kit .. if I were to swap from C to N, I'd have a lot of kit to sell/replace which would be a PITA for me !
If I upgraded from C to C, I'd still be able to use my other lenses etc on the new body, if you see what I mean.
If all you've got is a...
When I hit 'wifi hotspot' on my apps... HTC Desire .. there's one page of options.
There's an option to turn it on at the top, then SSID name, then security, then 'manage users'.
What does yours say ?
As said, take the security off when you set up the hotspot... you won't need a password then. If that doesn't work, there's another problem.
Client/Bed/all weekend ? Doesn't sound suspicious at all :rasp:
When you hit 'hotspot' button on the phone, set it so there's no security.
Use the laptop to find the new wifi network.
Connect.
Job done.....
It really is that simple.

I'm thinking about getting one at some point as I've just sold my MacBook...
Any suggestions from the CS psychics about an iPad3 coming out or is this one probably going to be 'it' for a little while ?
NoobQ coming up:

JP should have them back to you within 2/3 days.. cheaper to get the bus/taxi to work (assuming you don't have a 100 mile commute haha!) for a couple of days than a new set of wheels ;)
Forget carstaches (although, Movember is almost here... gotta be worth a giggle?) .. Has anyone seen the b*lloks you can buy to hang from your rear bumper/towbar ?
If I'd just written "Don't do it" that would have been less helpful than a chocolate fireguard, so I elaborated a little. I could have bored him/you to death with physics lessons behind increasing roll centres, sidewall deflection and such like but I'm pretty sure it would be lost on most...
If this is your first car, and you don't actually know what you want to put on it, then why bother ?
Seriously..
It will probably put your insurance premium up as they are not what it left the factory with, even if it's an alternate OEM wheel.
It will cost you more in tyres as they are...
Have you tried turning it off and on again ?
Try changing the WB to something else, like Tungsten which is pretty cool IIRC?, and if you're still getting a warm orange glow, it needs some TLC from Canon perhaps !
