M32s are made of s**t anyway , same box in the Astra, can get the revised end case and bigger bearings for them now , plus overfilling to 3L and breather port mod stops them f**king up ??

The dilution ratio of it ( 50L of derv to 300ml of 2T) isn't nowhere near enough to cause common rail damage.
Fair enough , old systems ( mechanical and electo mechanical ) will run it easy enough as those pumps don't run such high tollerences.
Need to do a test really on a car I haven't...
IMO never had a problem with running two stroke.
Always ran 2 stroke low ash mineral through all the diesels I've got, including the track derv. Not had one fuel related problem in the 5 years 100K miles I've clocked up between them all
AlexW managed to do the disc conversion on the derv I've got now , remember allot of f**king about to sort it. Sure it was second hand Dci 100 sensors, 100 rear sensor rings and some wiring correction.
As regards to remap, going to 105 should of made a difference. The 80s easy map to 120hp...
Just need to finish fuel system off as was originally having problems but turned out to be a HP pump suction control valve was jamming out slightly stopping pressure and basicly dumping fuel pressure as soon as you turned the ignition off.

Firstly , re-sealed the sunroof and desided to redo the head liner in black faux suede aswell as the door trims. Will do for now until I deside what to do with the interior
You'll see two circles , push them in the pull up on the top. Don't stick I prybar under the top or you'll damage the ecu plugs ect.
They're abit of a shitter to take off if it's never been off

Aux belt strand has probably found its way behind the bottom pulley , jumped the belt a tooth and smashed a valve ( or more )
Only other explanation is a dropped valve
