Is 2000 grit /2500 grit wet and dry good enough to take the edge off fresh paint? Had my dci's side painted out last week after I smashed it up, the paints not orange peel as such but the rest of the car looks like glass where as that whole side doesn't.
So my plan was to go over with 2000...
Fill with base coat. Let dry. Then lacquer over the top. Then flat back down
that's how I've seen it on DW.
Paints te gone off by the sound of what you have said.
Get a needle and build It up in layers. If it still does it, get another fresh kit from a proper paint shop.
You would have to be driving like a proper t**t to even use the full potential of them on the road (daily )

Something was doing weird last time. The drivers lock would be hit and miss if it would lock.
and wasn't as loud a thud , then the boot lol gave up and the doors now make a thud when locked.

I need a set, my td's looke shite now I've gone full sport rep. 15's look to small with my ride height. It's perfect height for me so I can clear the stupidly big speed bumps round here

Just get new fuel lines, Adam got me every single fuel line for my dci for around 120£ delivered.
As for the send unit, take the big bowl thing off the bottom and keep submerging in...
Boot lock has stopped working all of sudden.
It used to be a load thud when it locked and now it's nothing.
I can lock the car via the remote but the boot, does f**k all
any fuses ?
Checked the connections I the tail gate and the rubber boots trough the roof to the boot, no damage to...
Yeah as mick says , no slide hammers/pullers on these.
Undo the lines from the injector, undo the clamp and use a spanner to move the injector ( spin ) it left and right whilst pulling up slightly. Should work free if it's got crap locking it in.

It'll of just killed the fuel system. Engine will be fine.
Only had one traffic van in that was ran on 80%petrol.. Killed the fuel system but engine as fine. Took abit to clear all the smoke out
Tank is the hardest bit to clean out on them, best to drop it...

Ive got a load of pumps up here but you'd have to make one good one out of them. They've all warn with Millage/age. No swarf damage tho. No injectors as I just bin then, worth f**k all when recons re cheap enough now

They arnt that bad. Mine look alright and fit perfect on standar hubs. ( admit that I need spacers due to sport front end )

Take the pump end off and see if it's striped the pump. If it's got away with that, the injectors might need strip and repair.
Tank drain and fresh diesel with 2 lots of diesel cleaner will sort. It's the bloody kangoo phase I want aswell ! FFsFFs
Sounds like a sticking injector to me. Hence your codes.
N03 must be locking open when the engines off and this drops the fuel rail pressure.
( no3 is nearer to cambelt as the French do it N01 starts at the gearbox end)
