It's had proper diesel put in, I've took a fuel sample and tested it with a ' dip ' kit. No petrol reaction on the card. The rail pressure seems to go up and down from 300bar on cranking. Injectors not leaking back. Check all fuel line connections and also put another o'ring on the fuel filter...

It's an old 2004 so no DPF. cant see any numbers as that's been painted,as well as everything else possible. Looks like 47

It's had neat cleaner in the filter and even more added to the tank. Drove about 10miles to the station , filled up. Got half way back home and it just died. He said the engine just surged and died Filter is on the low feed side to pump. I can't see any air in the lines as its all black/blue...

My mate has just done a service on his pug 206 1.4hdi and he desised to change the fuel filter + filling it up first with fuel system cleaner. Started up alright. So must be okay to do that. The tw*t them desides to add more to the fuel tank on full like it recommended. Heres the fun part...

mine still does it and the whole kit has been changed. its only like driving through a puddle. plastic on rubber will make a noise if its got any water on it.

if its a ph2, its done by the abs ring i think ph1's have cable driven speedo from the gearbox

Fixed it, ha to run down to the injector place and get them to high pressure flush it. Picked up abit of crap

Hi all as above , the dci is having a little trouble starting, it will fire up after a few seconds but not instant like before. Also it's having a slight miss fire until it starts to warm up. no erratic idle just something I would like to fix before it developed into another issue. Ive done...

Sure it was 72k belt change or every 7 years. They might have changed that tho Shouldnt cost much either , fairly simple belt change to these Probs around 300-400£ to do the belts ( proper full kit ) and water pump if it needs one

Aerosol degrease the f**k out of everything lol dont think the part is that expensive. Altho I think its two different parts, the bracket is one and the wheel/pully is another. ​how come your changing it?

Has to be flame red but i would want a purple ph1 v6. Don't know the paint code .....
