I'm going to see if I can make a bracket for the 2.0 pump like yours to fit the dci mounting points. Hopefully in turn the cam wheel fits so it all works. Its Gita be doable as that lad mentioned the 130 pump on that dci ( which is the 125hp 2.0 dura torque pump

The dci 106 injectors seem to be a better flow rate but I can't get actuall specs. Pissing annoying the pumps are a big difference

Chances are , if it's a big enough impact to make a noticeable toe' then it's also bent the stub axle mounting points onto the axle.

You'd defiantly know if you had a pod filter on the dci turbo. Specially ontop of it . Heat stroke makes boost issues. Its different for for diesels as appose to petrol's. I haven't had any over boost issues running a cold air feed. only time I have over boost is when I rag it into another...

Better cleaner air works wonders ;) all a intercooler does is keep charge temps down. Colder air feed to the turbo works allot better along side it. Cleaner burn

Erm yeah, mk2 120ps Mondeo injectors are massive in length not width.

bob had to put washer/shims in the injectors. Unless he was doing someone else's injectors by accident lol. yeah Im looking at the nozzles but we the electrode thing with the correct pin pattern for the nozzles

You need a dump valve to do that lol. That standard dci 65/80 turbo doesn't have VNT :( i would say, 250-300 for a proper map , say at rstuning ic kit going Renault secondhand would be 100-150 complete custom - ebay kits made to fit 100-upwards dump diverter ( not really good on a diesel )...
