Get a mk2 ph1. For 3k you could find an immaculate one ! Make sure belts have been done (demand proof, i.e.: invoice) recently or knock £500 off the price. Plenty on here 100k+ .. milage shouldn't put you off. Check out insurance before you buy as you are young, and premiums are silly at the...

rear shocks gone ? what milage is it on ? what tyre pressures are you using ? my ph1 was quite sensitive to changes in pressure. also bare in mind that the temp has dropped a lot so summer or 'all round' tyres arent so grippy, the salt etc is making the tarmac greasier than an otters pocket...

Depends what you want to achieve ? Are you trying to show it off ? If so, you want it clean, in front of something non distracting like a plain wall. Do you want it to look like it's moving ? You'll need a rig or a mate in another car. Night shots are fun ... light painting and such like...

This one, from RS too ... says 100w x 7ch but I've got them bi-wired.. so I'm assuming it's 100 x 2 going into each unit. No other speakers attached yet. Wanted an AV amp as Sky / Blu-Ray / XBox all go through it and there are no phono's involved anywhere. All HDMI inputs, and one out to the TV.
