sorry to hijack the thread bud, but does anyone know when to change the gear box oil on a dci 80? cant find anything in my cars SH to say its been done

am i right in thinking the twingo 1.6 rs gear boxs fits straight in on the mk2 shell? someone on here has a 1.6rs twingo unit in his AG 172 rep thats if the 1.6rs box fits the tce unit

truck wash, dont ask why but i have shite loads of oil all over the engine bay and super degreaser is having a struggle shifting it. and a uber drying towel

that corner the evo goes off, seems to be the most common corner for people to go off.... you'd think they would put a barrier on that corner but then the fun of driving on the edge would not be as exciting. cage held up well tho, glad they made it out !

if anything try direct a ram pipe to just above the radiator, thus will get air from the top grill. thats if their is space to do so.

might be stupid but have you checked the earth on the battery, mine did it for some reason until i disconected that lead and reconnected.

pipes all off the car, all been pressure checked twice now and no leaks. turbo intercooler also been checked, only thing noticed is a small amount of oil in everything, which i pressume is alright. turbo and mani is off the car no, looking at it into more detail.

hi all, where is the best place to get a turbo rebuild kit from? i have a kit atm but its bearing look way to big for the ones i have taken out. also no need to worry about re balancing the shaft and impella as my dad is a BAE systems worker, and they have a balancing machine for parts like...

ahh i see, slightly confused as reg's i usually put in come up with the exact model engine type. also if its running slightly lumpy, have a look at the tdc sensor, if needs be clean it up. ( as for the location of it on your engine, i havent a clue)

get the instructions out for your headunit, it will tel you which lead to make the remote from :) or post a pic up on here

hold on, if you had type the correct reg in on eurocarparts, it will find what engine you have, that result bringing up 16v must mean yours is a 16v not a 8v :S

go through the bonnet release cable gromit. follow it from the engine bay side. push a flat head screw driver through that, and tape the cables onto it from the interior and pull through to the engine bay, slowly or it will come off

tunning boxes really dont do the dci engines anygood. all they do is tweak fuel rail pressure up as far as im aware. remap - may cost more but will be persific for that engines perameters tunning boxes - some good some bad, its a gamble weither your engine will accept it or not. look on...

is it a twin turbo diesel version? looks rather smart
