If I was in your position I'd go for the williams 3, thats just personal preference. For that money you can get a really clean williams 1, 2 or 3
As for ph1 172, good car but no more or less reliable than a mk, they're all french heaps of sh1t that will go wrong at some point, you just get on...
The RSI's have relly nice sideskirts that the valver's don't although I've rectified that problem on mine ;) (thanks diamondgeezer!)
Not 100% sure but I think valvers have a wider front and rear track than the RSI as well

1. Brakes all at same time, even if it stretches ur budget a bit, it will be money well spent
2. coilovers
3. Exhaust & de-cat

As above mate, they charge £35 to do all the alignment, it will only cost more if there's anything broken, they're 2 mins drive away from lady bay bridge ;)
There's a place on Little Tennis Street that are the best round these ways for wheel alignment,
http://www.alignment-services.co.uk/contact_us_about_Four_wheel_alignment.asp
its the only place I'll ever take my car to get the alignment done ;)
No probs matey, also worth getting yourself a copy of the drivers survival handbook, it covers a lot of other stuff regarding traffic laws and how to deal with police at the roadside.
It costs £20 but its worth double that price imho ;)
Saved me and 1 of my m8's gettin points
should have it now m8
What's been sent to you in the post, is it a notice of intended prosecution or a court summons?
Page 20 makes very interesting reading ;)
PM me your email and I'll send the pdf I've got
Its useful info, might give you an idea of what to expect or even help you decide to challenge the ticket
What got you, was it a good old fashioned "real" policeman in an actual patrol car or the cash machine on wheels?
Might be better off lookin on clio16valver.co.uk or williamsclio.co.uk
More mk1 stuff for sale on there, try askin matbrown or winston they're always breakin valvers
I've got a copy of magistrates guidelines and if u got to court you're lookin at 6 points or disqualification for up to 54 days.
You should get offered a fixed penalty of 3 points and £60 as you werent 30mph over the limit, thats when you get a court summons
25.
Try Flux, I only found out that although I've got a bit of a dodgy history with all the points and claims etc:dapprove: and I only got my licence back oct 2006, they took into account how much driving experience I had as I passed my test in nov 2001. Their exact words to me were " So...

My m8 had a run in with a pretty standard G40 in his pulsar quite a while back. He beat it by a matter of inches:eek: ( although in chav land that means he thrashed it  lol)
Pulsar got better traction off the line and thats it.
Would be interesting to see how G40 & 172's compare on a...
I'd hazard a guess its something wrong with the internal (complicated:S ) gubbins inside the box or could be the diff is cream crackered.
I'd try swoppin for another gearbox cos I think you'd have to take the box off to try an find wots wrong.
Although the 1st thing I usually do when my...
