he means the lower part of the inlet manifold. two parts, top and bottom. the bottom half which attaches to the head of the engine. genuine one's ( or the good ones ) are stamped with R S on them.

i know for what it has been, im suprised the finish is so good. maybe maybe not, equally the same in awsomeness. we are a very small list of sport to standard wings :P ahaa go for it, its good to see sport bumpers on normal wings, looks better than people asume lol i didnt take my bumper...

yeah suprised myself aswell. alot of effort gone into it, not making a half rep again, was fun building it but its really annoying trying to fit sport bumpers to standard wings. wheel spacers are on the list aswell as silvervisions and my arches need painting black :P primer over spray lol

Get it on the clip machine mate. Seen this problem before and it can be from alsorts. Last one that we had in the garage, was down to a clogged EGR valve and fuel rail problems i seriously doubt its millage related if its had a good service over its life time. Thiers one dci even still sweet...

yeah iv sorted it :D cut the 3rd break light connectors off and crimpted them together. did the trick ! going bk up thier tonight to hopefully finish it :D

Its got two rarher chunky red plastic bung thingys. One either side. All iv done is opened the bopt lid open slighty to hook the spoiler on the back, then tried to line the scre holes up. Its not sitting right when the holes are in line. Dont really want to try and screw it dowm incase i crack...

Ran into a problem, the cupspoiler wont clear the roof. Keeps catching on the back of the spolier and the roof edge. Also tried puttin the cables and washer jet pipe out of the way and the right side of the spoiler refuses to sit down. How the f**k does it go on?!?!?

Alright, yeah old one came off with abit of persuation from a ball join splitter tool ;). The skoda arm looks really good bar the end cam wich has a washer jet built in, something that i can live with. Allbe it thats its longer than the renault one. Will get some pics up when iv got round to...

uploading now, what iv got of them so far. cracked my cup spoiler tho :dapprove:. it just doesnt want to sit right on the boot.

Performance wise, thinking abiut just making it to 115 bhp. Future plans are to get a 2.0 dci and fit it in or a vw tdi engine :) Really hoping cs aproves of the new paint job!! ;)
