Yeah, I'd give that garage a wide berth, as they have zero idea of what they are talking about. Piece of paper. FLOL. Take it to a specialist off here. Is it on the standard ECU? Take a pic of your engine bay and post it up as it will be easier to advise what bits and pieces you need.

Not sure if serious? Half of that doesn't need doing, just because you are doing 4k in 2 weeks. If it's working as it is, just leave it working! Lol. Fluid change, oil filter etc, check other wear items yes. But things like fuel tank clean. No. Clutch cable, unless it is giving you problems...
