Gripper'd for the win ;)
I told you it was the best mod available in a clio Jacob. :)
And I agree with Mr Gray - you're bonkers for selling it without enjoying it first.
I like 4 pot brakes because they look shiny, with nice shiny calipers.
mmmmm.......shiny.
Please carry on your technical debate, I have little more to add :)
The racecar? He still has it Pete. See photo number two and four. I do worry about you and Hunter, I know you're getting old and all that but you still need to see to race :)
Unless you both just use 'the force'.
Cheers Matt, shame it's not heading over to the ring with you lot, but I'm broke! Lol!
It was an Oreca 330mm race one that I bought new, then had it Powdercoated white, bought the stickers from Ady (n2grafix) off here and then lacquered over the whole lot. :) I really wanted the Sabelt one...
Comedy. The traders on here offer IMO a very good price for a fundamentally important job on a 1*2 (get it wrong and it's tears before bedtime), and people still think it should be cheaper. FLOL.
You should all work for free iirc. Greedy capitalist pigs.
Re: 'Cub's Trackday Flamer - Cage etc'
Should do bud, be good to catch up.
Thanks Pete! I'm coming along to a few of the races again this year so hopefully catch up with you and Sam then. Sorry to see yours is having prolonged problems. Hang in there :)
Cheers brosef. Need a big unit or little unit BBQ in the diary, swing it round for some detailing loving! I was unsure on the black, but seems to have worked well. :)
A good spot. I was waiting for someone to see it. Basically, the OZ f1s are only on one side for the photos, because they are running below legal tread. Going to finish them off on a trackday, so it is back on the standard alloys at the mo.
Thanks for all the comments guys :) I am very chuffed.
This. Been in mine for ages.
Just done a flush with it last week, MOT'd today all fine and dandy. It is also much better than the DOT4 it says on the Tin, but IIRC because they have only had it tested up to DOT4 so can't put on the tin that it is higher grade.
Seats are amazing. Comfortable on long journeys (I have done 6 hours to Le Mans in them) but very supportive on track. Light aswell.
Only downside, they aren't what you would call cheap :(
Text me when you're doing some stuff and i'll swing by :)
LOL - as you well know, I've spent the last 5 months basically making mine Cup spec. So I can't argue with that....
