Depends on the engine and mods, and they arent built for top end but a decent example with choice mods should sh*t on a 172 0-60, 30-70 and 0-100. Remember 170bhp isnt that hard to get out of a 5 and they weigh at least 250kg less if not more so they are capable of a very good BHP/tonne.

HIC also do agreed values so if youre car is heavilly modded thats the only way youll get a decent pay out if its written off/damaged unless you can find someone wholl replace modded parts with modded after an accident. And i think HIC are usually good, but the problems lie with highway who...

i guess its the same as flashing tape which you can get in B&Q for £15 for a 10m roll. I think its 225mm wide.

Can you drill through from the front of the reflector? If so id just put some cellotape down first, front and back, should allow you to drill a clean hole. Let me know how the resistor thing goes if the relay is a no go as ill be doing the same in a month or so.

theres two plastic rivet type things holding it on, just give it a shove inwards and they should come away.

do you know if they do larger sizes? if they do something in 100mm itd be ideal.

IS the actual scoop B+Q, as i didnt see anything quite like that last time i looked, or is it a cut down version of one of the vents? And what bore pipe are you using as the arch liner still has the ring on it, wheras i had to bucher mine to get 100mm piping in there.

well magnecor do 7mm, 8mm and 8.5mm and the price difference can be anything from £10 to £30 between the sizes, so theres obviously some difference.

Not sure which ones to go for, and what amp should i run them with? I also need advice on what sub to go for, ive just bought a RF 1500bd to run my 12" L7 Solobaric, i find the SQ isnt too great on it. I was looking at the JL High Output enclosures, are they worht the cash?

nope sorry, was on my old RT, havent got round to doing them on the 16v. Give it a try you cant go far wrong, just do light coats and itll be fine.
