This. Bought direct from Capital Seating will fit, but are extortionately expensive. Out of a 197 direct won't fit. I was seriously considering them for mine, as Steve from R-Sports looked epic. But, the price put me off when I can get 2 high quality Sparco fixed buckets for a fraction of the...
Which speedlines? 2118s? I ask as they aren't light, but they are strong, rally wheels more than race / track wheels.
Options tend to be;
2118s (despite what I said above)
Oz f1s
Oz Ultraleggeras
Oz Superleggeras
Team Dynamics Pro Race 1.2
Team Dynamics Pro Race 3s
Clio Valver wheels off the...
I hope it is because he is too busy rolling around in it in the sun with sun burn, making him resemble a cheesy wotsit. Sadly, I suspect its just because he is a homo.
Looks like a great trip John. Great car, great roads, amazing scenery and great accommodation. Proves holidaying in the UK can be as awesome as abroad.
Really makes me want to get up to the Highlands.
PS decent photography skills aswell. Except the drunken stag, lol.
Re: A Mini Adventure ...
This is coming along very nicely young Crankee. When is it venturing on Track? You should bring it down to Llandow bud. Can have my drivers / car slot if you want as the flamer won't be fixed what with the house move. Text me if you're keen.
This. Plus, if you're in a caravan, you wouldn't get the delights of a drunken Budgie trying to feel you up through the tent wall at 3am. It was an experience, trust me.
We did pretty well in a clio (with roll cage), Megane and BMW 5 series saloon. We had Fridge, Tent for 10, BBQ, 8 x Military Cot beds (epic beds - cheers Paul), food and beer for 5 days, 8 x chairs, table, power cables, cooking equipment (pans), stove and clothes etc.
Trailer would be epic...
Another vote for Mike from me. He trades with James under S&MWM. It's £299 for a custom map iirc.

Mines on 96k and still on original clutch as far as I know. No signs of problems with it yet, although when it gets the new engine I'm sending the Gripper off for upkeep so I'll whack a new clutch in then, would be rude not to.
This. It better be something to justify the lunacy! :)
Also, what is in the background of pic 3 in the detailing pics above, there is a portly fellow eyeing it up.....
£5k is woefully short if you want a 280 to 300bhp turbo that works reliably, and actually puts down the power you've spent money getting.
I discussed this at length with Chip and Mike from MWM. To get the same as Chip, with a diff was coming in at £10k (with someone else building it).
Red Lion at Hunningham. I've been loads of times, great pub. Lots of car parking space, I'd park in the overflow field as you'll probably have it to yourselves. Loads of outdoor seating and good food.

Great work. I have a Shicra as a daily turdmobile.
That one will never die, even in a nuclear holocaust. K11's are indestructible.
I'm with you on the body roll, I've been on stiffer waterbeds.
I'll be bringing the flamer, link below, but unless I get the ABS rings sorted in time, it won't be out on track. 50/50 braking is a little alarming on a track day.........
