It comes down to piece of mind then. The link you posted has plenty of debate in as to whether you want to chance it or not, so I won't repeat it. I'll be getting a 'proper' one in mine, on the basis I'll be tracking mine quite a bit in the next few years, so my logic is I'll pay for something...
Depends what you're caging it for. The link you posted looks fine for more 'show' type cages, but i'd be wanting a stronger one for more track / race focused activity. The guy in your link does do higher quality / stronger cages as additional options, but the cost rises to near OMP / Sparco...
No worries, as above, could be a number of things - could be the 17s for example. Before you change ball joints etc I'd be changing those or testing 16s, especially if you're planning to change the wwheels anyway. It may solve the wandering issues.
I've just fitted a porsche one to mine, looks similar to Civic Type R, but smaller. I wouldn't go to the cost and expense of a shark fin one, as I don't think it will look much better than swapping to a smaller one if i'm honest.
What size are those alloys in your avatar, and is the car still on them?
Ps. It's 'wandering'. Apologies, I'm sad I know, but my OCD couldn't let me get through the day without pointing it out.
But you aren't denying the thong then - lol! Have a good hol mate, when your back, need to ask you about bucket seats as per our Llandow chat some time ago.
Axle stands, I have some you can borrow mate? Alternatively, I have a spare wheel you can borrow, but only the one spare. If 3 others have spares you're made....
Hmmm, tough call this one Dawn. Although (as Luke said) I think the fact you have even contemplated it means it will eventually be sold, just a matter of time. I can't fault you, I had a car I absolutely adored 3 years ago, but I sold it to get my flat and I don't regret it one bit. I'll have...
Re: South Central Pool Tournament - Monday 24th September, 7.30pm
Happy days, I'm in!
Luke - I'm awful as well, but I'll be focusing more on the beer consumption!

Balls - i'm on honeymoon, else id have been in like an 8 ball. Alternatively, you could move it a week, then I could attend :)
Chip old boy, I think he meant 438's with induction kit. Not just induction kit on its own. Mine made 197bhp and countless others have made 190+. TDF have just done one with 438 cams that made 195bhp in case people continue to spread the myth K-tecs rollers aren't accurate.
Loving it, great work. I'm caging mine soon, and then itbs last, after i've run it on track for a bit.
I've been in mixed minds on putting the 2118's on the flamer, but seeing yours has persuaded me it has to be done! Can't beat a good flamer.
