I'm just finalising if I'm able to go or not. If I'm going, I'll 'represent' our famed region. Tim (Atouba) can attest i'm a mere wisp of a man, honest ;)
Thats a relief. No idea on the grease, but one thing is for sure - I need to sort a weekend out to clean my engine bay in an 'OCD' style manner. Get rid of the grease and all of the filth in it. Its shameful.
Says in here (http://www.eurocarparts.com/ecp/p/car-accessories/car-accessories-products/emergency-and-breakdown/tyre-foam/?553770731&0&cc5_906) that the maximum is 30 mph.
I believe it is designed to 'limp' you to a garage to get a new tyre asap, not to be driven to work and back over a 3 day...
Are these sitting too high? I thought they should be flush? Car has Bilstein B14 coilovers on by the way. I can't remember if they have been like this since I had the B14's fitted. Any help appreciated.

I'd say there is about 0.5cm of 'gap'. What do we reckon?
Cheers in...
Re: Nando's The Oracle Reading Monday 23rd July 7.30pm
If you're broke because you have put the cage in, I'll shout you a nandos just because of the man points you will be owed. And I want to see the 197 with orange cage.
Hello chap. I went all wkd last time. I'd do the same this year, but getting married on the 15th. I'd personally go on the Saturday. It's upto you if you dress up, but I would. We made the effort last year and it was great. You stick out like a sore thumb if you don't.
The rubbing comes from the metal bracket that is used for fixing the bumper. If you run your finger around the arch it 'sticks' out slightly, and that is the 'culprit' in terms of rubbing. Mine catches very, very, very rarely. Even on track.
I posted in here mate, I know its a phase 2, but it will give you an idea.

Depends how 'hard' you're going to drive it. I have Eibach 15mm spacers all round on mine, and use it as mainly a road car, with occasional track work. It can very slightly rub on tight corners on track, but never rubs on road unless you have a seriously heavy right foot around mini roundabouts...
May be diff, driveshafts or bearing. Or a load of other things. Difficult to say without more details.
It sounds like when my diff went, but I hope not for your sake, as that was expensive...
Pants, if only you were advertising this in 3 months, after my wedding. I'd have had it in a heartbeat as a commute bus. Good luck with the sale Mike. Should have left the Failsport stickers on it ;)
What does it sound like when you come off the throttle? When my diff went, all was fine on throttle, but when you came off it sounded like someone was shaking a very very loud baby's rattle.
I used K-Tec on mine, with their 438 cams. They have mixed reviews on here, but they have been nothing but excellent for me. Danny @ 519 is further south than TdF aswell (just, I think).
Oh and don't RS Tuner it, Cams need live mapping to get the most out of them.
