Id say heat them to peel them off then remove the residue with tardis. Ive got some if you're short

IPA wipe downs... is there here anything special I need to do before/after IPA wipe downs? I've stole a bottle full from work so I can strip everything off my trim before I apply AF Rejuvinate. i figured it's just wipe on, dry, apply dressing... But I always like to check here first. cheers

Get braided hoses and new fluid. That's what I'm planning too :) H&R 30mm springs are meant to be no stiffer than the cup springs, and it imagine the extra drop will help keep it planted.. More so than standard. The camber and spacers I can't help you with but It can't hurt to try :)
