Doesn't spec recaros because of bad back modifies 200 to have harness and buckets. wtf lol :p Can you not get recaros cheapish through work? Going from the bolsters, i think these are corsa vxr recaros. I bet you can get subframe a to suit though...

£300ish from Renault/capital seating iirc. I'd it just the cover that's worn or is the foam worn too? does it have the cup chassis? when I first got my r27 (cup chassis and recaros) I s**t myself at the harshness of the ride, I thought I was going to be crippled lol, but you soon get used to it :)

Afaik, it's plug and play. But you need a different loom for them to be self levelling... Not that it'll be a problem without. They always come up on 197.net
