Fair dos, I'm of the opinion cup + options > POV spec... At least the cup has the chassis. but, I've heard of cups having keyless. Not sure if this was a removed option or what but apparently a guy or two have it on 197.net but I would much rather go all out than cup... Hence my car choice lol

The crap spec ones are the cheap ones mate. The cups are still 08 so have held a bit more money (+ a lot of cups I've seen have spoilers/speed lines/recaros) there's no good, cheap 197s about yet theres an almost hero spec (bar cup chassis as its 06) rb 197 on autotrader for just over £6.5k but...

genuine question... Isn't there more to the cup chassis than springs? And would cup dampers fit standard suspension? they don't on the 1*2s do they?

They could be painted Anth and red... the only way to tell that I know of is to check the colours on the springs iirc, cup is orange and blue on the front and orange on the rear Standard is blue all round. There's a guide on 197.net

really? I love the Anth packs. i made sure to go all out and get a car with every option (bar spoiler, which I'm going to fit eventually) ticked. It you're going to pay so much for a car, you may aswell get one with all the toys. That's my reasoning anyway :)
