tbh, gains will be pretty negligible on these unless you spend £££££ or/and turbo/supercharge/itb it the best way to see some gains is panel filter full exhaust system matched inlets cams remap that will improve drivability and give it a little extra poke then you can remove sound...

get them both ...along with a full exhaust, decat, matched inlets (if yours doesnt have them) and maybe cams... at the same time

I was talking to a mate and he asked 'if you clay, will it remove any protection i.e wax, sealant or just any fallout/crap?' what is the answer to this? Will it only remove contaminants from ontop of any protection or will it be 'stripped back' to the lacquer?
