Are there any real benefits in using Irridium spark plugs over standard OEM plugs??

I think my car has developed a possible miss-fire, what are the likely causes? Iv been thinking about changing my spark plugs as i havent changed them since i bought the car about 1.5 years ago, would this help?

Is there any way of setting it to a certain level, everytime i press the auto button it just keeps going up until its at hurricane force and i have to turn it back down again to the level i want?? Does everybodys do this?? 172 cup drivers need not apply!! lol ;)

Bit of a bizarre question but do you think you can paint a silicone induction hose, only reason i ask is that i have a blue samco one but i want it black and wasnt sure if there was a cheaper way to do it rather than shell out £70 on a new one?

As above, if i were to paint a red omp brace do I need to use heat resistant paint?? I have taken the sound proofing off of the underside of the bonnet so no need to worry about fluff!! lol

Re-painted my engine cover this week as i wasnt happy with it being blue. It didnt really look right so i went for ford graphite grey which suits the car better with the althracite wheels and bullets. Much better :)

Was talking with a mate last night and was wondering why wernt the MK2 RS clios ever released in grey?? The standard MK2 clio came in grey but the RS didnt, i kinda think they would look good in a nice graphite grey colour????
