Get a 106 gti, my mate got one when he was 20 & the insurance wern't too bad.
They are group 13, it would be about 1k or less- actually I think less that £800 would be about right !
a valver bonnet normally sells for the £100 mark !!
the rain catcher is quite evpensive too & most just sell the bonnet on its own, without the rain catcher.
