Ok thanks everyone. Wear isnt really an issue, and it is cheaper to replace one peice discs of almost any make rather then the 2 part bell/rotor discs I have on my Mk1
Also only do about 60 stage miles a month max
How good are Brembo Max discs compared with standard ones, as the standard ones look pretty good to start with.
Will be using Wilwood 4 pots with them, and I dont mind which discs I use, but I already have a couple of pairs of decent standard discs and dont want to ditch them if there isnt...

Probably not going to beable to put mine back in, so will have to go with either a heated front screen, or some dash mounted blower things
I think you mean 'ultra awesome'
This is a pic from near the start of what turned out to be a cold and wet weekend. It didnt get any better than this, and ended when something in the gearbox went *clunk* and 4th gear started making very very expensive noises :(
Well, its hard to know really, and at the end of the day you are only going to be reflecting the heat somewhere else where it might cause problems.
Case in point, my rally car had an expensive highly tuned engine in it, with a berillium exhaust manifold and exhaust system. After wrapping the...
Oreca list some in their catalogue, but I have no idea on the spec or manufacturer as my technical French is rubbish.
