    The only thing I can suggest is a short in the loom somewhere, and under hard cornering something is making and breaking contact.

    The back is a fabricated beam and seperate swinging arms so the extra track is down to the custom arms I guess. It does run rear coilovers aswell

    Well, the non-turbo version was fitted as standard into the Brava/Bravo, but it was only 155bhp. That engine is very heavy and not massively tunable, there are much better alternatives to put in it if you are going to go to all the trouble of doing something different :)

    The willwoods iirc have a nipple on the outside top and bottom. If that is what you are talking about, just bleed out of the top one; I think you might have a job getting any air out of the bottom one ;) If it is indeed one each side at the top then please disregard the above :)

    Much tooooo big, and there are much better turbo lumps to stick in (although the inline 5 is smoooth :)) You know, I think someones actually done that. Name begins with an R and ends in enault.... Someone on here is making a RWD non V6 anyway. Plus you can get 4x4 rallycross clios.
