    and im pretty sure you wont be able to get an 838 belt on it, mines got a 5pk 850 (couldnt find a 6rib one) and it was a bit of a squeaze to get on

    same,, the dci rack is exactly the same to the 1.2 version.. mines running a 1.216v rack with the pas gone and its fine

    its doing what????? only thing that can cause that is the alternator,, nothing else physically there that would do that and if the volt reg in the alternator has died and put 18v through the system its probably killed the ecu/uch etc

    my inlets are matched, i've recently bolted a spare plenham on it temporary (not matched to the lower so the lowers enlarged and the uppers standard) and i seem to have gained a noticable amount of torque. going to see if thats true on the rr in jan

    wiper blades are THE worst jobs we get in!!! they are an absolute doddle if you buy decent ones with clips that actually fit.... but the ones my boss insists on buying (box of 999,999,9000 for a pound) you can spend hours searching for clips and god knows what else would rather do head...

    saying that though if one of the roller rockers have snapped (what i think you are talking about) i'd have a good go at getting something out of them as it can only be a manufacturing defect no other reason for that to happen, unless as said the timings slipped

    if it is indeed a follower snapped and not the belt snapped or slipped,,,, you've had a right touch.. as in theory it wont have bent valves.

    its an rs tuner map,, can only see it being a mapping fault.. it runs pretty well 182.6 bhp 152ish ftlb... think il get it properly live mapped cheers

    dan whilst on the subject mate, looking at my rr graph the afr on my car is pretty much bang on 14.7/1 untill it hits 3500 rpm when it shoots right up to around 11.1??? this sound right to you, it dosn't really look right to me.

    oh, will be a doddle with a ph1 car and mk1 donor.. no complicated wiring to speak of long as you are handy with a multimeter/powerprobe
