mine works fine with rs tuner mate,, and its still got the 1.2 airbag module (the lights on the dash and they are inop)
so i doubt thats your problem.
whats it coming up with on rs tuner?
mine worked seamlessly and as far as i know the cars setup exactly the same as yours,,, you sure you...
mcguard are THE easyest locking nuts to get off..
speaking from experiance as i do a fair few, elites in rainham (quite a large alloy wheel supplier) for those that know the area, send the jobs to us..
mcgaurd are too easy, peugeot next, can both be gotten off without special tools and...
ecu definately knackered?
injection loom can be repaired,, its only wires and plugs, only time it will want replacing is fire damage..
i've done countless 1.2's with the chafing loom problem, solder/heatshrink the loom and the ecu's have been fine

tell them church elm motors dagenham sent you,,,
they may or may not give you a bit of a discount, we tend to put a lot of buisness there way
foxy..
balljoints, phone euros again and ask for the same thing,, chances are a different monkey on the other end of the phone will find them
if not, i dont know if you have branches at your end,, but i know for a fact motor parts direct sell them.
as for brake lines, make them from copper...
plastic gaiters are rubbish
cable ties WILL NOT hold it,, i tend to just cut them off and fit rubber ones
you can jubilee clip them.. but for what it takes i think its a better job to properly fill it with grease, whack a rubber boot on it, cable tie at each end and it will never come off
i see what you are saying mate, i still think its going to be a handfull.
i've heard it things like lighter the car the better just look at f1 cars etc..
but you got to remember a formula 1 car has about 2 clios worth of downforce acting on it
sod even trying lol i tryed fiddling it out and keeping the blood pressure in mind thought it was best to loosen it,, i only moved it back a bit
but by the time my finger was p1ssing blood all over the place i got the apprentice on the case :rasp:
yeah, looked cheap considering they had two decent yoko's on thought sod it.
i was wondering about black just worried the center caps would look cack painted black..
might bolt them on and see if the offset brings the wheels out a bit further then decide from there.
yours been ok mate?
i'd imagine they come in all different offsets you need to ask the seller
punto offsets are 33-38 so you should be ok, will be somewhere near standard stance
the 4x108 is a bit of a problem though, you will need corrective (wobble) bolts if thats the only stud pattern on them
unless they...
mega jealous,,, all cars should be like this by law
im interested as to what the handlings going to be like, i can see it being a bit of a handfull having no weight in it,, seeing as downforce isn't going to be a strong point
that said all the weight that is there is very low down in the car...
