it dosnt work like that,, it takes a resistance reading you should have 5v on one pin and earth on the other... that sends a resistance value to the ecu, the ecu then from there controls the gauge and fan seperately

sensor...
your car may not have the speakers in the rear but the wiring is already there, just laying behind the grills in the back

you have to turn it on by pressing and holding the function button, the you got something R-SP-FULL or R-SP-SUB,,, with it on sub its just subwoofer output to the rear speaker wires..

any fan that you put in an enclosed housing and spin at those sort of speeds is going to be loud
you should hear bmw's with the electronic viscous fans on them when they cut in you cant even hear the engine over it
brakes will be fine too,, im using 1.2 brakes all round and they are spot on.. same as a williams which is 150bhp so more than up to the job
they suffer a bit with fade after a heavy session on the lanes but other than that ok depends what you want from it

i also reckon you could run it on your own management with a few wiring modifications as they use near enough the same ecu/management and most importantly same engine sensors/layout...
