I never said it was going to look better but you simply cannot compare applying 476 to something like BOS, or Glasur or even Vics Red at £20! Detailing is about pampering the car so I don't see what's wrong with buying nice products and waxing/sealing is the pièce de résistance if you will. 476...

That is a fact. But they are still so much nicer to use. Ask yourself why if 476 last 12 months easily why doesn't everyone use it? People buy BOS, it lasts about 2 months once the oils leave it but on a Black car the finish it leaves on a well prepped surface is unreal, all from the oils. Imo...

I would disagree Riz, only from the pov that waxing is more than about the finish. Use an expensive wax, and tell me that it's not nicer to use than 476? I like Dodo Juice though, Purple Haze is one of my favourites! Waxing is about more than just the finish it gives.
