Thing is, I had a proper accident, got some nasty injuries etc, If it wasn't for all these claim adverts etc, I wouldn't even have known/thought about claiming for compensation.
Guessing it's to late to deny it now, Only advice I can give is don't drive so close to the car in front.
The actual cost of the claim seems to be irrelevant, if it's 50p or £1000000000. It's just a claim in the insurance companies eyes.
Every car/vehicle i've ever driven warms up to the centre and stays there (unless broken), so assume that's normal. Sounds like the thermostat, i'm sure someone else will confirm this.
