    I've never been shown, or told how to do it, the back of the disc clearly looks different with/without the shim.

    400 miles, 50 litre tank is average of 36.4MPG. In my experiance that would be very unlikely, unless you actually drive at 56MPH for 400 miles.

    Getrag is the worlds largest supplier of car gearboxes and is German, so should be pretty good.

    Lots of problems with not using genuine discs on here, not worth saving a few £s to get branded ones, crap wheel bearings etc to.

    Why you so insistent they give you a courtesy car, it's an option you tick when buying insurance, which I guess you never ticked. surely it just needs a new front bumper?

    I'd use giffgaff, it uses 02s network and even says 02 in the corner of my phone.
