I can't quite explain it. They don't stir anything inside me. They don't feel unique for some reason.
Again i'm not talking on just performance here, i've used spirit, it's fantastic but I can't see why as an enthusiast why you'd buy it over something like Glasur even with it's occasional...
I made a thread on DW about new waxes from old manufacturers and I think Shield was about the last one to be released afaik.
Of course they know what they're doing but i'm the person they're selling to. My opinion actually counts quite a lot in this instance. Deatiling side maybe not but i'm...
The problem AF will find is, all the pots are pretty much the same. There is not speciality to them and I love the AF products.
You can get in the ring with Ali cause you think you can box etc.. ;) It's okay having the same performance as boutique waxes but me and you both know it's not always...
Less is more mate. People keeping adding stuff to their car because they're bored.
Get some new chrome renault badges? Get the stickers off.
Instead of doing the exterior what about new shocks or springs? Bushes? Short shift? Steering wheel? Improve the drive and keep the exterior as is...

Claying is more for tree sap/fallout etc more than tar. Obviously when removing the tar it can sit on the surface of the clay and then be moved...
I wasn't actually. I didn't actually mean the * thing. More the crumple zones and safety devices.
Was 4* the highest you could get back then? 2000 iirc.
You're right mate it's the mk3 that had 5* apologies. It's been a long time since i've had to look it up.
By the by. The Mk2 is still one of the safest hatchbacks on the road.
You can't really compare the damage but like I said the car is designed to crumple like that. As bad as it looks, that's done it's job.
Crumple zones absorb. The impact is less likely to travel into the cabin.
The Mk2 has a 5*. As an assessor I have to know a lot about these things snd safety.
Those panels are designed to crumple mate. They don't get 5* ncap for no reason.
I've worked on them for years and they are solid. Especially the front.
