Yeah, the tester put ‘some under body corrosion’ probably in an attempt to cover himself. One thing I’ve never done is a dodgy mot like that (emissions assistance aside) but anything safety wise is always legit.

Update. I’ve not seen the car for two weeks and not heard from the mechanic. Pretty standard customer service these days. I’ll probably chase up at the back end of next week. In other news I did by some rare volvo galaxy wheels. Theyre scene safe.

Volvo update. Needs a bit of welding but nothing too severe. Been told it will be £200 to get it through the mot (including the price of the mot) so I can live with that. Should be back with me late next week hopefully.

The 940 turbo swaps are supposed to be pretty easy. Shame I just sold the perfect £500 donor!
