It should have been a momentous occasion. After 3 years Danny_ACE! had finally finished (bar a few bits) the full rebuild of his hybrid, taxed, insured and MOT'd... sadly, it was the last outing for a while :(
Lost oil pressure at the top end of third resulting in some epic knocking from the BE...

Once Ive got rockingham out the way my front PE2's are pretty much going to be dead so im thinking of replacing them with the above as they seem fairly...
Ive seen KAM have some ones for £20 but they need the standard mounts enlarging (that doesnt bother me) but is there any real difference between these and a set that are £55 plus! Its a braided hose at the end of the day and im sure they have to go through certain pressure tests to be aproved...
When stationary with the engine running and I turn the wheel slightly from left to right I can feel down near my feet a knock as if there is slight play in the steering. (feels very much like a worn joint in a mk1 clio) Has anyone had this issue or even noticed it!?
I have also noticed when...
Thought it best I gave my car a clean to remove the dirt/brake dust it had accumulated over the past few weeks.
Washed using the bucket and sponge method... :coffee:

No its not the top mounts before anyone says anyting.
The only way I can decribe it is when on full lock under 5mph it feels like the front end is skipping (feels like the driveshaft CV's are locking then releasing due to the angle... like a banging noise) but something makes me think its...
