Does any one know when the aux belt should be changed on a Clio 200 EDC and if you need to change the tensioner at the same time, as RPD list the belt with or without the tensioner.

Any recommendations for someone to replace the cambelt and dephaser on a 182 engine? The engine is currently out of the car and is still timed, I can drive upto 100 Miles from Bracknell, Berkshire if can be done in the same day.
