the main headlight on my front passengerside has decided to not come on. are they easy replaceable? do they cost a bit? has anyone had this issue before? jay

I am confused? anyone have an answer. changing the spare around. the car is jacked up, all bolts removed and enough space/gap from ground and tyre, but the wheel just wont come off :S ive tried pulling hard to get the damm wheel off, but it just wont budge.
