Possibly Matt-16V again?
I got out of the black 08 Fiesta parked practically behind you, didnt say hello incase it wasn't you.
Car's looking clean bud
Driving through Newport at about 10:15am this morning. Managed to get behind you at one point, dont know if you noticed?
Had Si in the car too, so was pretty much the entire contingent of the IOW cliosporters!
drove past you at the bottom of horsebridge hill (by the speed camera's), had k-tec sunstrip, lowered on non-standard alloys, may have even had a cage (didnt see properly as was trying to dodge a bus).
Alright chaps,
Having sold my old valver (http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?t=169268&highlight=Freshly+cleaned+16v)
I just couldnt get away from clio's, so pondered about getting a 172 cup. When it came round to it, I thought sod it and decided to spend a bit more on a 182. Then...
Ok, so i've just bought a 182 cup which has a sony head-unit fitted (CDX-RA650 to be precise). The stalk controls by the steering wheel dont work, so I went into halfrauds and asked a mate. He told me that in order to get them to work, i'd need the cable that connected the stalk control to the...
Good day to you all.
On saturday I sold my beloved valver (some of you may remember it... http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?t=169268&highlight=freshly+cleaned+16v ) and im looking for something to replace her. I've been thinking of perhaps a Ph2 172, or a 172 cup (~03 reg). What I...
Hello all.
This may be a stupid question but bear with me. I lowered my valver 50mm on springs a while ago, and its done a major mischeif to the set up. My front two tyres tend to wear out on the OUTSIDE only within about 2 months, which is aweful. I have been told by a local garage that both...

question is, would it fit in the front?
I have just managed to get hold of a set of ph2 valver wheels, which i would like to polish the lip on, im not 100% sure on how to do it though, can someone please give me a quick rundown on how this can be done, stages and tools would be great!
this is the desired effect (from left to right)
pretty much got my heart set on getting some standard ph2 valver wheels for my ph2 valver. Just need to see some pics to make my mind up for sure, so yeah, as per title really.
Thanks
i know there has been lots of discussion into the best valver colour... williams, 449, white, black, red etc
but i can confirm that after these photo's i took last night, i believe the best colour is NAPLES. see below...
feel free to agree/disagree or post pics of what you believe to...
Does anyone have any downloadable clio 197 vids? that one with the 197 vs willy would be good, or even the advert i saw at the cinema the other night. Saw a 197 on the roads last night and have fallen in love with the way they look. much better in the flesh!
ok so they arnt all from the same photo sesh but just so you know, heres my valver!
let me know what you think! thanks
gotta love that colour!
let me know what you think! thanks
Hi
can anyone give me any details on how this is done, starting with the very basic, for exmaple where it is lol. Basically I just need to know how to get it out and put it back in again.
Easy/Hard?
Thanks.
Ok, so i had no problem fitting the rear left side shock obsorber. But when it comes to undoing the lower bolt (into the hub) on the right side, it dosnt come all the way out because there is some sort of black storage tank in the way. I have tried jacking up the hub a bit but this dosnt really...
...from under my car earlier. Car is a Ph2 Valver. I was travelling along a duel carriage way at about 40mph, when i hear a sort of metallic tapping, which was obviously something under my car comnig in contact with the ground. I looked in my rear view mirror and i saw something fly out, quite...
i know i could have checked when i did the torsion bar this morning, but is there any rear arch lining i can remove, because i know there is at the front, but is there any that can be removed (easily) at the rear? and also what do i need to do it? simply unscrews?
Thanks guys, and thanks to Zed...
Having been a member on this site for quite a while now, and considering the fact that ive just taken the only photo that im actually happy with of my car, i think its time i post one up.

just found this, and as ive never heard of one before, was wondering if you could tell me what it does, as the discription is pretty vague. Also, whether it is a load of rubbish or not?

hi,
i was just wondering what this noise is coming from my engine,. Its like a squeaky belt noise when the engine is running and seems to get faster with the throttle, but then fades out at higher revs. Was wondering if its dangerous to drive like this as i have the car booked in for a service...
Just wondering, as i have found varying results from 885kg to over 1000kg, what is the actual weight of a standard valver? And what weights can be expected from slight stripping (spare wheel and other cosmetic things) and heavy stripping (back seats, door cards etc). This would also be a good...
