painted my calipers at the weekend,and just got these decals.ddo you think they look ok or not? cant make mi mind up lol....

just noticed lately when i start the car the RPM needle doesn't go up straight Away.it's like 2 seconds later never realy noticed it before is it normal..or is there something wrong?...thx car is 172 mk2
