    Head casting is exactly the same with a 'bit' of machining, no VVT at all but camwheels are adjustable of course.

    The engine is dry sumped, there is a breather from the bottom of the block to the oil tank and then 2 breathers from the oil tank to the catch pot. As a general rule with dry sump systems breathing is done via the oil tank so no need for breathers on the engine.

    DTA S40 PRO the TB's needed a custom manifold, respacing, machining so the bellmouths would fit (have to remove butterflies - PITA), highflow fuel rail and gas flowing to remove sharp steps.

    The water pump is a Davies Craig elastictrikery one. The blank plate and oil pump belt tensioner were handstitched by me (as was the inlet manifold). The TB's were a lot of work as gas flowing them and fitting the bell mouths is time consuming, if I did it again I would use Jenvey bodies on...

    Sadev 6 speed sequential transaxle. Engine spec is CR12.7:1, Cat rods, Cat Cams 5502552 on solid lifters and Vanos delete, Cat Pulleys, Ported head, Billet rockers, Iapel pistons, dry sump, Orbisoud exhaust, Hayabusa TB's and self made inlet manifold.
