after trying the engine in my mates clio 16v today ive decided that the project isnt going any further, going to be too awkward and difficult to get the zetec engine to fit in the clio engine bay :moaning: looks like im gonna have to sort myself out a nice series 2 rs turbo to strap it into...

Just a few pics of the turbo exhaust manifold, pretty much complete bar a few more runs of weld around the branches and the flange to the cylinder head. Bought a 2wd cossie intercooler yesterday too, so when the guy off ebay sends me it, i can get on with piping it all up :D...

anyone had the roof lining out of a clio? i want to take mine out to investigate a leaky sunroof and am after sum advice. is it hard to get out and put back in properly? any tips?

anyone know where to get low compression pistons from for a clio 16v or williams engine? been in contact with bb tuning and they dont sell anything seperately that comes in their turbo kit :(
