Can anyone tell me where I can buy Lemforder ball joints for my 172? I've bought them in the past from ECP but they told me today they don't sell them anymore.
Just recently the idle on my ph1 172 seems to be quite rough. I've ran it on vpower since I bought it which I've found makes the f4r run a little smoother when I had my previous Trophy & ph1 172 but it's not helped with this one. It's had all the belts & dephaser done at a specialist so that...
Just went out to start my 172 and it's not for going. It's turning over perfectly fine as it usually does but it's not firing up.
The immobiliser light on the dash seems to be flashing faster than normal. Does that have anything to do with it?
Thought I'd fire up some pics of my Williams which is in the body shop at the moment having a little work done ;-)

So after regrettably selling my 225 Cup to Jacob aka the Russian I've made the step back to where my Renaultsport ownership started and I'm back in a ph1 172 in pearl black.
I have to admit I'm absolutely loving being back in a 172 they're just a hoot to drive at any time.

Just received a standard oe 172 exhaust from Ads.
I'm just wondering how the backbox connects to the centre section? Is there a fitting kit I need to buy too?
I'm thinking about removing my carbon R26.r from my 225 and putting the standard lip spoiler back on the boot lid but I'm not sure what to use to bond it back on.
Anyone got ideas?
Anyone know where I can pick up new ABS rings for my 172?
Both current rings are corroded and the ABS is kicking in quite often now and it's doing my head in.
Looking for a decent charger for in my van that actually works and lasts a while unlike the cheapo ones that I insist on buying.
So recommendations please on which one's are decent.

Where is the cheapest place for rear Koni shock? I'm looking to replace them on my trophy and if they are cheaper than standard (£105) then I'll end up going for them.
Anybody know the correct setting for the knock sensor on the f4r? I found the setting for the k4m which is 20nm
But wasn't to sure if it would be the same for the f4r.

I gave Btb exhaust a call today to purchase a stealth system for my ph1 172 the only problem is that the guy said ph1's have 2 different lengths of down pipe he said the ones with 2 cats have a longer pipe and the cars with 1 lambda have a shorter pipe, is this true? As I've never heard of it...

Anybody heard of/used this mob before for matched inlets? Looks like a good job from the pics in the add.
Plugged in my rs tuner yesterday and it flagged up 2 fault codes one of which was knock sensor faulty. Are there any symptoms with the car if the knock sensor is faulty? And what does this sensor do when it is working right?
