renault tunning
it seems expensive and the power gains are crap
where if you got a jap car the power gains are massive
i think the renault tunners should get a move on and come up
with some goodies
Wow these look well cool, has anyone bought one yet
if so what the quality like and the air filter that comes with it
is a pannel filter or a induction kit, the more info the better it looks great
just hope it performs well to.
nice price buy the way, well interested in getting one

tunning a 172, what should you do , some people say , yes tune it

should you a tune a 172, i have been looking at the pros and cons

Jap performance
just bought fast car mag, dont buy it much they give you a wicked 2hr long dvd, there are some ass kicking jap cars on there, it reminder me of my civic coupe VTI which was 167BHP and had a rev limit like a motor bike
iam kinda missing that raw jap performance you get, big turbos...
Price of Green filters,
BB performance wants £35+vat
Demon tweeks wants £35 inc vat so why do the prices differ so much
if the product should be a standard price
anyone know where to buy one without getting shafted by + vat
malarky
K-tec racing you need a bank loan to buy anything from...
Air filter / Air box mods 172, i had a mk1 golf gti many moons ago
and with the standard air box someone suggested to put a few large circle shaped holes to allow more air to get in
do you think this would work on the 172 with a uprated pannel filter
iam talking about a couple of holes not...
pannel filter or induction kit
dont know what to get for my mk1 172 anyone help
i know there is a load of filters but which one is the best or are they all equal
172 performance better with age
mine has 39k on the clock and seems to go lot better, i thought it was a myth when people say the engines get better with age
it pulls like a pit bull now, loads and people say oh thats high mileage 39k
but i look at it this way
0-10k engine is brand new and...
10-40w oil in a 172, would do any harm or nothing at all
only there is a big price difference in the 5-40w and 10-40w
let us know if any has used it
i checked the manual and it says there to use 15-40w
cheers shorty

like the K&N, green, pipercross, pannel filters or would a induction kit be better, K-tec racing have some good prices on there filters at the moment
