my RSI, has recently, not all the time started to tick over and rev up n down repatedly until the point of stalling!
It was fine until I had the boost valve fitted, ran ok afterwards, car does not get used that much during week, and twice now tonight and last weekend it has done this...
how would I benefit if I replaced my RSI gearbox with a 16V box?
Would it fit?
Also where can I get a stainless manifold?
Also who knows where I can get the flywheel lightened?

fitted one to my car after it had been put on RR, do you think I need to take it back on the RR to get it setup properly? Also just had a section taking out of my zorst, so would it be worth putting it back on the road?? Also when its fitted how should it be positioned? ie upright with adjuster...
guys n girls!......I have a powerflow zorst on me RSI, now its got the box at rear then pipe work to two other round tins and then into the manifold, forgive me but as I asked them to remove the cat, do i have a straight through system? or does straight through mean "nothing other than a pipe...
has anyone in the forum got a RSI?? 1996 or below? just wandering how much you have lowered it and if you had to cut arches and stuff, any help will do! Also how easy is it to put on the valver arches? can i transplant a valver engine into mine? or a willy? ideas and help please guys!
me again, I have got some alu racing pedals, but my accelerator pedal is just a bar and not a plate!! are there any specific sets of pedals for the RSI clio??
my Rsi was 110 BHP when i got 4 months ago, mint and owned by 2 old ladys. Since then ive put a stainless zosrt on, de cated, K&N, Superchip and Power boost valve only to get 121 at the wheel! Should I change some parts?? ideas please guys!!.........and leave out "get a valver" hehe
