On the A44, about 18:15. You gave it some just past the airport runway, I was in the white Merc that passed you by the industrial estate.
Car looked nice!
Hi guys,
So I have an iPhone 6S Plus, which I've been connecting via USB to my car, which runs CarPlay.
About a week ago, whilst driving, it suddenly cut off, so CarPlay shut off, and the phone stopped charging via the USB port. Now, whenever I plug it in to the car, it doesn't do anything -...
Hai
Aware I'm on CS, but after trawling the internet and finding conflicting information on car parts websites - and most VW forums seem to be inactive, or solely obsessed with air suspension & garlands hanging from the rear view mirror.
Basically - need to service the wife's Passat. Brake...
Aloha.
So, my car has Apple CarPlay integrated into the MMI. It's essentially plug 'n' play - you connect your phone via the Lightning port to the car's USB socket, get the two married up, and off you go.
My car does this fine - no issues, I get the home screen without any dramas. However...
I think it was on Thursday, at about 1645. You just pulled into Arnside Close, from Amberleg Drive - without an indicator.
This makes you a bit of a bellend, I hope you crashed into a lamppost as you turned in
This morning on the A/M40 into London.
You need to get your steering wheel repaired so that you can go in a straight line again - otherwise people will think you're one of those rampant lane switchers that annoys everyone else in traffic ;)
Saw them both yesterday afternoon.
First was at Hennerton golf course, at 4-ish. Blue Cup, lowered.
Second was at Remenham Hill, queueing into Henley. I was at the junction from Wargrave/Twyford, you were very clear in your refusal to let the people in front of me in - I assume your time was...
Just gone past my office window into the retail park. '53 plate, might be a 172, might be a rep.
Either way, your exhaust is hilariously awful, and the license plate font is disgusting. Props for ruining a half decent car!
Just now heading into Fairacres Industrial Estate.
Driving like a hero in the pouring rain - careful you don't bin your race car, you wouldn't look so awesome then....
I'm not sure the middle of the afternoon is the best time to impress 16 year old girls with your rude boy sidelights and fogs, you utter clownshoe.
(Tesco roundabout, Abingdon. Heading from Tesco into the retail park).
Hello all. I hate this sub-forum, as I only visit whenever I have an issue, which seems to be often as of late :(
So, I ran out of screen wash this morning. I got home from work, and have just gone out to refill it. I popped the bonnet, and noticed that the lever seemed odd. Filled some screen...
Today, at 17.35-ish. You went right round the roundabout by Tesco, heading out towards the A34 - I noticed you got stuck on the roundabout due to all the pellets trying to go right round in order to cut the queues!
Very clean RB182 (2005) just leaving Abingdon Tesco. Lovely clean looking car, shame you had your fog lights on though, completely ruining the car on a clear morning like this.
You probably look really cool in the McDonald's car park though ;)
Drove past you on the other side of the road this evening, you were parked up by the double roundabouts in town with your hazards on - I'm assuming you had broken down somehow as it wasn't the most appropriate parking spot!
If so, hope you got it sorted :)
I hate this sub-forum, I only ever come in here when I need to research and issue. This, ergo, means that yes, my car is still fucked.
So, from the other topics - car is struggling to run. It sounds like a poor man's V8 or a shitty Impreza (I'm not saying Impreza's are s**t, just that my 182...
Guys,
Does anyone remember who used to offer us the half price deal for new Sky customers? I took advantage myself, and my sister & husband are looking to join Sky now that they've moved house, but can't afford to pay full pelt for it really, so I said I'd see if I could find out about it...
So.
Finally had my Aux Belt replaced yesterday. I picked the car up, drove it home (about 3 miles). All was well, it drove fine.
I get in it this morning, and something isn't right. The Engine Management Light is flashing steadily, and the engine sounds really rough, the idle is really...
Apologies for the language, and probable amount of huge rants in this thread, but I am utterly fuming right now!!
So, yesterday, as I was turning into my driveway, I accidentally drove over a fairly large branch that someone had kindly dropped right in the entrance to my drive (there are no...
White 200 in Morrisons petrol station on Wednesday evening, with a private number plate. Can't remember the time!
Another white 200, with green (I think) detailing leaving Peterhead on Friday lunchtime on the A90 towards Boddam.
Saw a couple of Ph2 Sports as well, but left it too long to...
Hi folks,
Quick question really. The motor went in for its MOT today, asked them to swap my Yozza decat and put my original cat back on.
When they saw the cat (it's been in the shed for about 18 months, I never looked at it) they discovered that it's damaged beyond repair (I can't remember...
About 6pm, black '05 182 coming into Henley from Caversham.
BTW, it wasn't foggy, so no need for your front foglights. Maybe just wipe your windscreen with a clean cloth ;)
